MTDC library is managed by the Knowledge Management Department of MTDC. Its responsibilities include managing the organisation’s collective competencies and knowledge assets. Additionally, KM also champions continuous workplace learning and ensures that employees’ knowledge and skills are shared and transferred back into the organisation.
